If I could turn back time, I would change my oil at 200 miles?

So, after my break-in (1200 miles), and spreading my legs for the infamous Ester oil (almost $100.00), I changed my oil. I was bored; so I open up the oil

I was bored; so I open up the oil filter. Guess what? Particles do exist. Now, I am wondering what damage (of course, little) those particles created. If I recall correctly, a few decades ago, it was recommended to change your 'factory' oil at 100 miles....hmmmmm!

Does someone know that those particles, once trapped in the filter, would 'never' escape the filter? I wonder how much more particles are in the engine now!

If you change your oil too quickly, the engine will not break in properly. You'll end up with high oil consumption throughout the life of the car.

Damn after reading that second link comparing the Nissan oil filters to other brand names, I am debating if I should change the oil myself and go with a top quality filter. Had the oil change by my dealer about two weeks ago and is about 700 miles into the new oil change, but can't stop thinking about that small Nissan filter.

Ok. So educate me on this amazing engine.

So the parts are all brand new and they are 'breaking-in' to each other. This probably means that there will be micro-wear and tear due to friction.....resulting to micro-shavings. Are we saying that we continue to accumulate 3,750 miles worth of micro-shavings circulating in our brand new engine? Are we to rely on the factory oil filter to catch all of it?

Yeah! I can't stop thinking about 2 things:

1. That darn small Nissan filter.
2. Not enough oil quantity for the engine's size and power.

I was hoping that Nissan made the car to accommodate, at least, 7 qts.
