The automatic doesn't have srm. It has dsm or whatever it's called. It rev matches on downshifts.

It does it on upshifts too, don't remember conditions I was driving when it happened though

you're right, I just looked at it again and the automatic has Downshift Rev Match and the manual has SynchroRev Match.

So all 7AT has DRM and the 6MT only has SRM with the Sport Package, then why is the Sport Package at the same cost for both trannies?

Cause SRM only uses about $20 worth of switches and sensors and a bit of software magic. It's not really that expensive to do..
