Awesome choice. You will have to wait for a 2010 though, they have stopped production on the 2009's.

I saw the Camaro SS today. It looks really nice. Overall, the rear end doesn't impress me very much.

I'm running the Fast Intentions TDX exhaust. It is very throaty, deep, and smooth. You have choices of resonator lengths or even test pipes to make it real loud! Overall, I like the fact the sound isn't ricey at all. Looks-wise, it is SICK!

Welcome aboard! There are plenty of folks that have upgraded their exhausts and much more. As the others have said, check out the threads and you'll find tons of info and the answers to just about all your questions on exhaust mods. Lots of good friendly people here as well.

A lot of people have done bolt on mods.

I've done a Stillen G3 intake, planning on doing a Fast Intentions Cat-Back when money adds up a bit better. Then maybe a Fast Intentions High Flow Cat - if it's not loud enough

Performance wise, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot between FI cat back and FI Catback+HFC. There is a big difference between stock and either of those though.

I've been very happy with the Stillen HFC and CBE for my exhaust system. I also have the Stillen G3 CAI. I have people text me when they hear me drive by or ask me if I was out at so-and-so at xx:00 PM/AM because they heard me drive by. The exhaust note on the Stillen is mildly more than stock with a light foot but when you get into it it has a very agressive, very unique and exotic note. Highly recomended.

Yes, dealership called it a "rarity fee", supply/demand at the time I suppose. Funny thing is, Im seeing Camaros showing up on used car lots.

Smartest thing I have heard today. No more GM cars for me.
Nissan / Toyota

Don't think I will ever own anything else but a Z from here on out. Hopefully the next Z they make will be a 400Z. It just rolls off the tongue doesn't it.
