I'd like to see how the cross weight changes (or doesn't) as fuel is removed. Also, it would be nice to see how driver weight effects the cross weight.

The driver weight does affect the crossweight quite a bit. That is why any reputable alignment place will corner balance the car with you sitting in the driver's seat incase of coilovers.
