I recall a similar situation! I was leaving the movies and remembered some massive F350 cut me off but failed to notice. First time I ever keyed a vehicle but man did it feel good!

I've got the same on the front left fender. No note either.

Sad to hear OP. The same thing happened to my wife's Acura CL about 2 weeks ago, sad part is it happened at the parking garage at the office she works for, no cameras. Good part is i was able to polish it out by hand until i put a polisher on it in about a week when i give her a full detail (i'm a professional detailer)
