I think I read here that our gas tanks have two compartments and I've always assumed that it's gas flowing to the second compartment so I always let it finish

I think I read here that our gas tanks have two compartments and I've always assumed that it's gas flowing to the second compartment so I always let it finish and then top it off with just a little more fuel.
