actually i just talked with AK...

my intent here was to get the discussion OFF of the other threads and into one place so we don't have to hear the debate raging everywhere just in one place

AK may think there's a different way to handle it so obviously his discretion

I could honestly care less about this topic !!!

I cleaned up the "other thread". It was actually a member's 370z journal. I do apologize to our forum member "EVO_Killer" for not cleaning up before it became a 20 page debate. I didn't receive any reported post therefore it wasn't on my radar.

As far as continuing the topic, you may do so as long as you don't attack or harass another member. Once I start receiving reported post from members and I will be forced to lock it. thanks. Here's the thread: Mistubishi EVO vs 370Z

Actually, the Z fanbois are the ones popping up out of everywhere. Us Evo guys appreciate both cars the same. Unlike most Z owners though, we know what we're talking about and we don't base a car's worth on it's ability to atract the opposite sex (which is truly sad and pathetic if you ask me).

Z looks like a sports car, Evo and STI just look like their cheap and nasty base models, with stoopid bodykits and bigger wheels.

Can't argue - Z is tha coupe, looks great, drives great, evo and STi drive great for a 4WD but looks wise come nowhere near.

I believe it comes down 2 need. I'm single so I went with the 2 seat pure sports car. If I had a family I would have went with the 4 door sports car. If u need the extra space why not get the Evo. If the 370z didn't come out I would be driving a Evo.

If I was single I'd 1,000,000% be driving a Z.

Most Z drivers aren't as much of an @$$ on the road as Evo drivers. Every Evo on the road that I have run into are wannabe street racers. Oh snapZ! Oh no I didn't! OH yes I did!

But this isn't about drivers...this about the cars. So...nevermind...

Although i don't like the new generations of the evo or the sti... I am just annoyed at the quality of the Z, the paint sucks, it rattles all over the place... I understand its a sportscar and all, but you don't have these problems on the evo or the sti.

Might as well just rename this "The Official Evo Bashing Thread"

Not much discussion here, just everyone throwing insults at the Evo's.
