I recently bought the Password JDM cooling plate from Fred Beans Parts. The fit is way off. Not even close. Customer service is non existent. Fred Beans gave me several ways to contact Password JDM and not one response from them.

I will post up photos of the issue.

That's funny, since homie over there at Fred Beans told me that they've been revised and fit fine, and if they didn't he would take them back and I wouldn't have to **** around with the manufacturer. Are you implying a dealer lied to me to make a sale?

I've heard of issues with fitment, but always hoped they would get their act together. I really want to buy some of these soon. This is really our only option, less getting the oem plate wrapped in CF, which may be the best alternative. Are there fitment issues with the compartment covers as well?

I finally got a response from them on Friday. I had to follow up my original email twice and threaten to file a claim before they took the time to respond. He said they've been flooded with emails and just saw mine.

I sent them pictures of the fitment and asked for a better mold or refund. Let's see what happens.

I'm sure Fred Beans will look after me, it's just part of the process. The unfortunate thing, I had to pay $80 in duty/handling thanks to UPS.
