TSM l Whiteline Differential Bushings

This is probably the cheapest and easiest way to solve your problem. At least I think so based off of your description.

Just read all that. Seems like the issue and an easy install. Grab some friends and beer and you just saved $1200!

I too drive a 2009 MT with a short block replacement, two clutch fluid changes, and will do the steering (in order to reregister the car) lock but that's it.

If given your news I would complain to Nissan and here too. Ultimately I'd pay to get my car back on the road rather than buy another Nissan.
