I think u need to take a closer look. Where exactly did you come up with me plastidipping "the whole car." That isn't white plastidip in the picture, it's clearly the factory pearl white.
I've had no complaints of rice with the interior. I'd agree with you if I tried to fake the funk by putting it on the hood or roof. There's a difference with it in the interior to cover the cheap plastic and pleather knee rests and center console
