Nismo air system/Nismo Pipes

Is there any difference between the Nismo intake system and the Base? I thought they were both the same.

I just use K&N drop-in filters in my Z.

Well on the nismo 370z the intakes are the same. But nismo "makes" cold air intakes and sells them through their website.

Its basically an injen cai with a bypass valve and its painted black and has nismo on it instead of injen.
