When i ordered my car from the dealer, i ordered it with the Nismo Exhaust system and Nismo Intake system.... but now they are telling me that both are not

Is the Nismo Exhaust System Available?
When i ordered my car from the dealer, i ordered it with the Nismo Exhaust system and Nismo Intake system.... but now they are telling me that both are not available yet.... Is this true or do i have to go over there and bust some heads open?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
