What's the different? 300hp? 400? 500?

There aren't many 11 second cars out there for $40-55k that aren't a Vette or Mustang/Camaro.

Noob question...why can they get HP to the asphalt? More weight on the back? If I just need more weight in the back I can always stuff my ex-wife in the hatch.

The Camaro weighs more. The Mustang has a solid rear axle. The Vette has the tranny in the back for a little extra weight back there and wider tires.
