Clutch is too soft

Do you have a new or used Nismo? I would have guessed you have an automatic from the "a7" in your Drives: statement. Check the clutch fluid. The CSC is

Do you have a new or used Nismo? I would have guessed you have an automatic from the "a7" in your Drives: statement.

Check the clutch fluid. The CSC is prone to failure as well. Although I wouldn't expect those problems to arise after 5 months (I assume you're well under 10K miles if it's new). People also like to remove the clutch helper spring (or replace it with lighter one) in the clutch pedal assembly. You can find lots of information about all of these subjects using the forum search feature
