I like the aluminum chassis brace behind the seats. Stupid, but there it is.

The aluminum thingy behind my seats is what my 'hatch contents privacy cover' pulls out of and springs back into. The whole bar just pops right out and weighs about 5 pounds tops.
I can't see it effectively bracing even my skinny a**. Am I missing something, or are you just messing with me?

I would imagine he's talking about the big silver aluminum brace

Sorry....I stand corrected. I've got to get out to mine more often. I guess that's what I get for storing mine every winter.
I looked; the roll up cover thingy is another thing back there. I forgot there was even a brace. It is kinda nice.
