The splash guards, which you correctly stated have been replaced 3x, were replaced at their suggestion. I had just asked for them to be reattached with the adhesive tape. But I will give that point. The rim (Sport Package) was never asked for or suggested. It was offered because I have a friendship with the Sales Manager. In fact, the rim that was damaged with curb rash, I actually had repaired before the swap was made. So here I disagree with you. The chip is going to be interesting. I will probably have it repaired myself, but I am concerned about the underside of the car. I mean, the tech had to improvise to get the front splash guards to fit using a small shimmy and the GumGum because the mounting point under the car was pushed up during the incorrect lifting of my car. What else may be wrong?!? I really find it funny how there are a few folks on this forum who don't think that they have a right to ask for the car to be repaired properly or they just accept issues, flaws, or problems that, as a consumer, you are protected against and have rights for.
