Or get the red Brembo caliper covers for now till saved up enough money to get a set of real BBK.

How much would at BBK or stoptech kit run me? Keep in mind I will only be on the street with a track day every year or so.

For street use, Akebono(or even base brake) would be enough IMHO. The stoptech will run you 3-4k brand new. But they are really solid on the track. Or slightly used one would be very nice too. For example,
