HELP- my spoiler has been replaced 4 times

Im having a problem when I wash my car or it rains water gets trapped in the doors, after getting wet and the car is dry I roll down the windows you can see water on the glass. Has anyone had this problem?

Once, with my old car, I entered a touchless car wash and I forgot my side window down and I got all sprayed by a waterjet. Why so?
