Front License Plate Cosmetic Interference

I don't mind it either even though I do agree it looks better with out it. I've considered putting the plate up against the windshield but I heard cops here

I've considered putting the plate up against the windshield but I heard cops here would still give me a ticket since it's "Not clearly visible" I bought a basic matte black stainless steel slim frame for the front and back. __________________
