I played 3 hour of basketball and was driving back to my house and "pop" my left thigh had bad cramp!! if it was auto I can manage it, but my car is manual!! I can't press the DAM CLUTCH!! so I put my car in street and waited like 1 hour(massaging my thigh) I still couldn't DRIVE!! I barely made it to my house.

Yes, and I would rev-match the shifts (FWD 4cyl cars). Only needed the clutch to start the car and from stop to first. I feel for ya.

I cramped my calf stepping on the clutch after a long run one time. I was out of commission for a couple days after that.

+1

If you have been driving your car long enough you will get a feel of where to gently push the stick into the gear you want. Keep the RPM's down and smooth. Use e-brake and right foot or get take a bus!

Yep, know how you feel. In my younger days used to play a lot of Bball and only drove sticks. What a b___h when you twist or sprain an ankle, had to borrow parents car on several occasions......how pathetic

I think you're just out of shape

but it's OK, we forgive you
