looks are subjective, while i wouldn't trade my Z. I do like the fact i can modify turbos for cheap. i like the jukes looks and love the way it drives. I wish there were more valid TEST DRIVEN OPINIONS ON HERE..

I understand where you're coming from. As great of a car as the 370 is, it's not for everyone. Sure it's great fun in the beginning but after a while, for some, that novelty fades away. Different strokes for different folks. Sounds like its time to move on to the next car. Plus you're only 19, its going to be a while before you finally find "that" car you're willing to keep for a long time.

yah, i think the 370z was intended for folks in their late(r) 30's and above... per some release video by nissan several years ago.

same goes with the G35C. the intended demographics per nissan's designer was for mid-50's folks taking their wives (usually one at a time i guess :icon17: ) to onsen on the weekends while their kids went to college.

why we get teens and younglings in their 20's complaining bout our cars is beyond me. :D

yeah the Z is a great ride man. I would do this to make it more exciting

1. Sway bars. Eibach on mine is nuts
2. Spl limkages. bout to do those
3. poly-motor mounts. Im about to do this too
4. intake I did hoses and filters. Happy with results
5.HFC Haven't odne yet
6.exhaust. No res n y pipe. Happy with results
7.tune. Not done yet. not till i get a few more things done.

Brakes. I completed. Completely happy with braking setup, makes huge diff.

interior is something i dont really care about, but after reading about ringland issues with the new WRX/STi, subaru is officially off my list and in my experience my old DSM was reliable, just have to keep up with maintenance thats all plus the EVO(except the EVO X) uses the same engine as the turbo eclipse does(4G63T FTW)

the Z is only fun when being taken to high speeds around curvy roads or on a track, if i went to the track often i wouldnt be complaining but i dont and honestly i want a car thats a fun street car
just driving my brothers turbo eclipse(my old DSM) is a blast around town and im not sure why it is like that but its just more fun then driving the Z around

i would never straight up trade my Z for an Evo, i would sell it and use the money to buy an Evo(seeing as Evo 9s are about 18K used)
i use to own a DSM so i know what it entails but if taken care of properly, they can be just as reliable as nissans can

I am not going to jump any guns cuz i want a Z35 if it meets my expectations? And im still not trading my Z34 for it. I do love this car. but it's not SERIOUS enough as a push to the limit sports car anymore. I need more power. And this bitch is pricey to get it out

Dudes in here wanna fanboy it up on some car models. Looking at half the story. AWD is fun, it just harnesses a different criteria of fun and driving skill.
turbos give more access period.
the Z is NOT boring. It's excellent by a huge margin as a stock or lightly modded car. But it leaves a bad taste in your mouth and empty pockets when trying to mod for serious use. A bmw 135i is cheaper to mod. When you can say its cheaper to mod a BMW??? There's a problem.:wtf2:

Coilovers drop it 3". FWD manual only does suck

Dude the z is fun even on the street. Main problem is. to make it fun, you waist gas driving around cruising at 3500-4000rpm

i would never straight up trade my Z for an Evo, i would sell it and use the money to buy an Evo(seeing as Evo 9s are about 18K used)
