Its an 09 with 59k miles, lol so yea it was driven a lot. But I bought it 6 months ago, I figure they wouldve change all of that before they sold it (not the owner, but the dealer)

the maintenance simply says "inspect"... switch it over to a synthetic like Redline MT-85 and I bet you'll see a noticeable improvement

Driving his car in traffic for more than 15 min was literally a left leg workout that would leave you sore. He recently replaced the clutch with aftermarket and it is much more similar to the Z now. I agree with MJB...
