ATTENTION!! 2009-2010 owners with steering lock/wont start issues

Once I get a diagnosis from the dealer, we will go to the next step. I also have a Quality-Guard Plus Supreme service contract that is in effect until 72,000 miles (I'm at 52,000) and the CA rep told me the dealer would have to let me know if the steering lock issue is covered. If it isn't, I plan to raise holy hell! The flatbed tow truck comes tomorrow morning at 8:00. I'll post an update.
