Sorry I did not go through all the posts but I had my lock replaced under the warranty. Today I went to leave the apt and the car cranks but

Sorry I did not go through all the posts but I had my lock replaced under the warranty. Today I went to leave the apt and the car cranks but does not start...the lock is not working right wheel is unlocked when off and is not clicking on or off with the ignition...does not seem exactly like a standard lock failure...yes no?
