Speaking of Toyota... have you seen the crash test results for the Camry and Prius in the new "small overlap" IIHS test? Holy crap they were HORRIBLE. I was always under the impression that Toyota was pretty good at crash structure.



The driver would be absolutely MANGLED in this type of crash.

Question is... What the hell are they doing @ Toyota??? From safety leaders to safety failures? Why the inconsistency in quality??? Toyota lead the way from 1985-2002 and then???? First the loss of all viable sports cars. Then sterilizing the drive feel and performance of all Toyota's. Now they are going back to being unsafe vehicles, a reputation from the 70's. Talk about taking 5 steps forward and 10 steps back.

They grew to fast and lost focus quickly and cut corners.
