how did he give you a ticket for going above the posted limit without radar or pacing or something.... they needed to have anything other then how it looked. and

how did he give you a ticket for going above the posted limit without radar or pacing or something.... they needed to have anything other then how it looked. and as stated it was the wrong way to try to fight that ticket
