 I guess in the end it comes down to.. what colour is the 11? if it's the blue you want.. the 11 blue is sooooo much nicer than the new dark constipated poopie blue. daytime LEDs are also quite tacky imho. but you 'do' get to say you have a brand new 13 with perfect paint and fresh warranty. personally I like the pre-13's.. but for only 15% more (like $3000? $3500?) I would be tempted for the brand new one, esp if you're going with white or black. oh and post pics of your new car and/or 3 month loaner
