I have a question which I was going to start a new post for but this is somewhat related. I find that my steering wheel on my '09 with 14k miles is quite slippery. It doesn't look worn at all but I find my hands slipping on it especially during turns when shifting. Anyone else have this problem and do you know of a product that can be applied to the wheel to improve grip?

Every time I drive my Z - Received a pair of hand crafted Italian Leather Gloves for Christmas, and I wear them each time I drive my Z (not a daily driver). I find it prevents the sweat in my palms from getting on the steering wheel, especially in "spirited" driving situations - and it looks cool...

ps: I do have a scratch on the bottom of the steering wheel from a pocket knife I inadvertently forgot in my pants pocket. The clip grated on the bottom of the steering wheel while I was getting out - I could have stood myself up on a wall and shot myself without the benefit of a blindfold or last cigarette (and I don't smoke..!!!)
