Anyone polished there timing chain cover?

I'm not talking about simply doing a thorough cleaning and detailing of your car, theres nothing wrong with that .

What I'm talking about is the idiots that will go so far as putting their car up and jack stands and will actually wash and wax, armoral the entire under carriage of the car monthly, and the same idiot I worked with even cleaned and polished the inside of his tail pipes.
