Will i be losing any fluids when i do this?

I HIGHLY recommend using something else to coat the underside of your car. You're probably hurting rather than helping

Go into a rhino liner or (fill in the blank) truck bed lining place with a lift and having them coat the underbody if that's your fear
but to be honest, a bed liner is overkill and looks like shyte. It's pretty well protected from rust out of the box as long as you keep it clean. The biggest corrosive is road salt...that's why you should always give the underside attention if you live in an area with snow or near the ocean.
