I was lucky enough that my front plate came in my trunk, uninstalled.
I used shorter screws to avoid punching into my paint (instead went into the plastic trim of the grille). I imagine they'll still have scratched up my paint though... Fixing your bumper won't be worth it. I would just go aftermarket, get a bit more bang for a similar amount of money... Stillen front bumper is functional as all hell, looks mean. Bit cheaper than trying to get your hands on some JDM stuff. I don't half a damn about replicas either so that might be a good option too.

those holes are on the center grill piece, not the painted bumper. I think a body shop can do it for a reasonable price since its just a black plastic. You could also buy an EVO-R carbon fiber upper bumper cover
