If you search there's a thread around here with the link to some rubber caps/stops....

Other than that you'd be looking for a bodyshop

Rubber plugs damn that looks ugly

I followed the steps in this thread, and am satisfied with the results: Do it yourself License Plate Bumper Plugs

Of course I'd be happier if the dealer never put those holes there, but I can live with the plug solution. At least the color is the same right out of the package.

One of the vendors here sells a carbon fiber cover for the upper part of the grille that would cover the holes. I wish somebody would make just a flat black cover -- that would be the ultimate solution IMO.

You think a body shop can fix it?

This will take care of those holes.

But seriously, try these guys. Look for bumper hole covers.

They could BUT they will end up increasing the labor and respraying the entire bumper... after all that you would probably be almost about even with a brand new bumper due to filling, stripping, prepping and painting the old bumper.

Go aftermarket, go plugs, or get a new bumper.

Black plastic auto interior trim fasteners will do the trick. Cheaper than buying an Amuse or a Raptor.

$1.95 vs $2k your choice.....

I was lucky enough that my front plate came in my trunk, uninstalled.

I used shorter screws to avoid punching into my paint (instead went into the plastic trim of the grille). I imagine they'll still have scratched up my paint though...

Fixing your bumper won't be worth it. I would just go aftermarket, get a bit more bang for a similar amount of money... Stillen front bumper is functional as all hell, looks mean. Bit cheaper than trying to get your hands on some JDM stuff.

I don't half a damn about replicas either so that might be a good option too.

those holes are on the center grill piece, not the painted bumper. I think a body shop can do it for a reasonable price since its just a black plastic. You could also buy an EVO-R carbon fiber upper bumper cover

You could also buff out the rim of that hole to flatten it out and then get 3M vinyl wrap.
