Drove mine back from Indy on 70. Somehow got a hairline scratch across the top of the passenger fender. Follows the arc of the fender so i am assuming it was road debris...weather on the way out SUCKED :shakes head:

Anyway, ordered up some Kenchan recommended scratch fixes:tup:

Still a beautiful car :happydance:

added water to Z's battery, removed dead hatch weight per DE's DIY. :)

Got the side windows and hatch window tinted with 40% 3M Crystalline today. The 3M tint does exactly what it says it does, reflects infrared and does it very well. The car interior is totally different than before the tint was installed.

Pulled it out of the garage.

I drove my Z around the block and dusted the center portion of the dash

I then proceeded to just stare at her for a few mins, still makes me stare at her after all of these years!

I did the same thing with my hatch a few years ago, 10lb weight in the trunk for no use I'm guessing?

kenchan 05-25-2013 05:52 PM

:hello:  good deal!

Headed to car wash early in the a.m. Just me and my Z. Can't wait

Installed my Polk DXI6500 speakers today. HUGE difference over stock speakers.

(Thank goodness for this website or there would have been no way I would have figured out how to take the Molex out of the door jamb -- still a PIA tho)

Unfortunately, no. And once I'm done with the projects, I'll pull it back into the garage. I just cracked open my first beer so no driving tonight.

Because it will be too early in the morning:
I'm taking out the Z and a couple friends from the CZC (both G drivers) out to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

:driving:

Got up early, met some fellow Z owners, cruised to San Diego, met some more Z owners, cruised on Palomar, had a nice BBQ, drove home. Pretty awesome day!
