Mt Palomar twisties and bbq at Randy's

Just want to share with forum members. Had a great time today driving to Mt. Palomar with 18 other Forum members from SoCal and of course the designer of our 370Z, Randy Rodriguez. Thanks to ZGirl and Fredstah for coordinating and of course Randy and his beautiful wife and wonderful kids for opening their home and hosting a bbq. Some pix.

33 miles from the meeting point. Nine of us headed out to Escondido to meet 10 more.

Ahhh-feel much better. Nice very clean shiny Z under cover in the garage. Now i can relax :)

My Z has been in my garage the last 2 days. Nothing but rain and cool weather. The forecast calls for rain all this week. I don't drive my Z in the rain unless it is absolutely necessary.

Gave her a quick wash -- beautiful weather -- low 80s

that magma red sure looks good amungst that crowd :D

I wish I could find a way to love that color. At least it's not sunburst.
Personal opinion thing I guess.

Really did want to go on that cruise but you know - opposite coasts etc.

Cloudy, dark days I wish I would have bought the new blue...but then I detail my ride and the sun shines on it and I think, wow I made a good decision. To be honest, whether it is sun shine or overcast, young and old stare and it makes me realize that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I am OK with that. :driving:
