When I got it was flawless, a garage queen. Now it's a scarred adventurer!

It just adds character. ;)

Saw the bogie hidden ahead on the right and behind some bushes...he did not chase me..

Took her for a partially twisty but beautiful drive.

Waiz 10-06-2013 03:26 PM

Had our monthly meet last night, locked myself out of my car as I was leaving the meet

Woke up this morning and realized the AAA guy scratched my tint while he was jimmying my window open

I will use this as an excuse to redo my front tint, ever since I have thought it was too light and now I can just get it redone darker

So I got my curb rash repaired for $50 in this sketchy area of Los Angeles, they did a fantastic job though.

I also added a band-aid to my "battle wound" (I actually scraped a wall, woops)

Five-Axis S5:F in Silver, I love these wheels! My tires are pretty much rubberbands because these are 20s! :happydance: Random people compliment the wheels more than the car :roflpuke2:

luigi90210 10-06-2013 09:55 PM

did a few canyon runs today into julian and when i got home i noticed on my digital vacuum gauge(pulling reading off ECU) that i was boosting .6psi(julian is 1000+ft in elevation and my house is at sea level)

dont ask me how it was doing it, but it was boosting .6psi according to the ecu

i wish i got it on video tape but alas, i didnt have a passenger with me and i was not going to be breaking any laws to video tape it

Nice, I've wanted a set for awhile

I noticed you have the F.I. exhaust too, I imagine these do not hang lower than the exhaust do they?

Pulled out the Bissell carpet cleaner and Bissell'ed the Z. It has been 17 months already so I figured it was time. One hour under the CA sun and dun.

That's awesome, Kenchan, that they stopped using the blower.

The crew here doesn't give a damn. A few months ago they surprised me by showing up on a Thursday and blew a kinds of wet clippings on everyone's car. I spent the whole following Saturday correcting the paint because of those guys. :icon17:

Time for a new DD!

We had rainy weather most of the weekend so the Z was garage queen while I worked on the Camry. I did drive her briefly because I had all the oil drained from the Camry before realizing I didn't have the correct oil filter wrenches. Whoops!

Use a strap wrench? Fits any oil filter in existence. What am I missing here?

I didn't have a strap one. Plus I prefer the metal cup wrenches.

What did I do with my Z hummmmm. Refreshed the lights.. Color match them and got rid of the CF Shrouds. I did leave an CF strip were I filled the dimples in. Can't tell but the shrouds are gun metal. Waiting on 90mm halos when they arrive I'll make the shrouds darker.
