...and as I said, there is no way in hell I'm letting them touch those wheels again.

*Edit: Yes, they're the OEM nismo wheels.

Yeah, it's not rocket science, but the dealerships don't have "touchless" mounting systems. That will FUBAR your wheel every time. :ugh2:

This is just the test button, so I'm not that concerned about the minor imperfections in the stencil. I will eventually do another one with more precision and go for that not-homemade-look.

I'm demanding:
-Full reimbursement for the fix
-Dealer courtesy loaner

Betting I get neither.

Went to the dealer, and they said I had about a 1.5 hr wait to get my coolant filled. The guy proceeded to tell me that it was due for a flush. I looked at him and said, "at 30K miles?!? The manual says 105K." :shakes head: So I went inside to buy some (not the slightest bit interested in waiting and certainly not getting a full flush). After purchase inside I ask one of the service guys if I can borrow a funnel, and the guy responds incredulously that they can't lend tools to customers, as though I'm going to run off with their $0.75 funnel. Said fine, screw you too, and drove back to the office.

I only added a little because I don't want to overfill while it's hot. I will check it again tonight at home when it is on level ground and the engine is cold. Here's my red Solo cup funnel :icon17:

Bought a scan gauge. Nice universal tool.

dmhenderson 01-21-2013 11:12 AM

Arguing with dealership about them damaging my wheel. They're saying they didn't do it but I am 100% positive it happened at the dealership.
