1) try cleaner wax by mother's. it's a wax with diminishing abrasives (polish). works well. 2) check the cubby BEHIND the passenger seat. it's a secret compartment even some sales

2) check the cubby BEHIND the passenger seat. it's a secret compartment even some sales people dont know about. lol 3) can't help on this one although i do have one laying around since i swapped the factory one with a gentex homelink mirror with compass. check amazon for such gentex mirrors. check Mike's DIY on which wire to tap into. it's very easy to do.
