weired i have somwhat identical problem but mine seem to stay and stick on 2nd or third a block before coming to a tunnel or underpass and then it stays

weired i have somwhat identical problem but mine seem to stay and stick on 2nd or third a block before coming to a tunnel or underpass and then it stays there and as soon as i hit the tunnel/underpass entrance the car seems to speed up and stays in gear to redline
its odd
