Lols.

anyway. The FRS would be the most fun cus its easy to hit its limits... that being said its limits are reached too early.. so its not actually quick.. or fast..
In the same way a Geo Metro is fun cus of reaching its limits. Hrmm the frs is just a slightly larger Metro i just realized.

Right-on. the original MR-2 and early Honda CR-Z were kind of fun to drive as well.

I think Mini Cooper is probably a closer comparison, but the Mini is probably faster with the extra power

I do like the dip in torque before VTEC!

And even with a sra they can still beat you around a track! Oh my.

Wait... I thought whenever you post I'm supposed to "know what's up" and cower in fear like all those other 5.0s that see you on the road, apparently.

But seriously though, if you haven't driven or ridden in the new 5.0's then you don't know what you're talking about. I had my doubts at first just like you, but after getting a ride in Steve's 5.0 I have seen first hand what it is capable of and it is very impressive. I haven't had a chance to drive one myself yet, but it does handle pretty well. Also taking into account that it has been able to keep up with the E92 M3 on a track in various magazine tests, I don't think there's any reason to doubt its capabilities.

Reason 1: Ford (I've had plenty of issues with them in the past, Ford Exploder anyone?)
Reason 2: SRA (get with the times!)
Reason 3: power compensation for what it lacks in handling, i.e. it's not a balanced car.

Biased, yes. But I don't care.

At least you're honest.

Cocky, but honest. Cower in fear...

1) Ford has stepped up their game recently, especially with the mustang. Much better quality now than in the past.
2) Does it matter if it still kicks everyone else's *** in it's price range?
3) Moar powah = moar better, duh!
