kenchan A True Z Fanatic Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: N/A Posts: 76,801 Drives: N/A Rep Power: 141522	i have to say general public is stupid and mean. chances are the dealer staff started out as outgoing, eager, happy crew. the public killed that for them. ive done retail while young and folks are brutal especially when they think they can get away with anything. only their management and its policies can keep their staff sane. last week i went to acehardware. everyone was nice. the aresehole was a middle-aged fat woman customer who was rude.
