What's the best compliment you gotten about your Z ?

The only recurring "compliment" I get is that all the lifted, black-diesel-belching, vertical-exhaust-out-the-bed, blue-headlighted, rusted-out pickup trucks want to race me at every traffic light. Does that count?

I've gotten relatively few compliments on my Z. Friends, family, and the one other guy in my town that owns a 370Z, but that's about it. I've had a few other Z drivers wave at me on the road, and actually several Corvettes. I get very little love from random strangers. I think a lot of folks actually dislike the car, judging from the stare-downs I get from Mustang, Camaro, & Challenger owners. Quite a bit of, "I only buy American" where I live.

Or maybe I'm just a jerk and I don't know it.

I don't really care, as I didn't buy my Z for other's approvals.
