My wife and I are considering a refi as well due to the low interest rates that are available today.

We should get some relief from the heat on the east coast by this weekend, thankfully.
Well I haven't checked in with you guys in a while.. I still have smelly squirrel poo/pee smell when my AC first turns on, then it goes away. Not sure what to do.
In other news, I discovered the reason for a slow leak in my driver's side rear tire... a nail has been in there for weeks. I just fill it up with air every couple days

Hankook Ventus R-S3s are on order...
