That's unfortunately a very subjective question.

It depends on whether the individual has experience with the Z and the proper tools to perform the work. My Tech thinks nothing of the "demon" bolts because he works with them all the time. In fact, he doesn't even call them "demon bolts"!

It would all happen at a performance shop. I wouldn't just get a random person to do it.

In other news, I get to ride in a GTR soon.
