not z related, but this weekend I finally did something about my total lack of exercise.

I've set up my workout equipment, facing a large television, right outside my bedroom. Exercise is going to happen now.

shadoquad All you need is a treadmill. Set it up facing out the window and park your car there. Hire a couple of the neighbors kids to start hanging out near your car. No run on the treadmill trying to get them away from your ride

What helps is having a routine that you can follow. You don't have to do P90X like I do, but it's nice not to have to design your own routine. Then, you can always mix things up by using your exercise equipment.

Well, I'm trying to create a rewarding routine. I know the kind of exercise I'll have to do, I've done it before to lose a lot of weight.

30 mins cardio on bike, breather, 20-25 mins on gazelle, 3 times a week.
