Tracie, that place looks pretty darn nice:tup:

I have been seriously contemplating relocating lately. My ex girlfriend was pretty much the ONLY reason I bought a house in NJ and stayed here. We had broken up a few yrs ago for a month or so, during that time is when I began my house hunting. Was really looking into the Lake Tahoe area, hard! Perfect blend of fun in the sun and extreme, world class snowboarding. But alas, we got back together and I bought a house in NJ to stay w her. Now thats all gone to sh1t and Im UBER upset I stayed in NJ. I love my house although it could be bigger but the land and location is really nice. I could sell and take the 200k its worth and be really living it up somewhere else though. Kinda upset I own it, makes getting outta NJ so much more complicated:facepalm:

Alchemy - ms. pint knows of what she speaks. If not Austin, at least Houston or Dallas/Fort Worth. All GREAT places to live!

Alchemy 07-21-2012 07:48 PM

Not much of a city guy. Although I have heard many time that Austin is real nice:tup: had a friend that lived out there and loved it.

Sorry to hear that man.... Get it on the market and head out. If snow is where you want to be near, NJ is not where it's at. You gotta go out to the PNW buddy!

Zenki370 07-21-2012 08:12 PM

They're Clazzio seat covers :(. They are as seen here Clazzio Leather Seat Covers - The Most Customizable Clazzio Site - FREE SHIPPING on orders over $350 Retail 299.99 with any color stitching you want or cheaper with pvc. I didn't go with the PVC but I also didnt order them direct. Bought them on ebay for 100.00 or so cheaper. They do the job.

Can also tell my car is a 7at so I have the GTR shift knob with 370z oem manual shift boot. Worked out nicely to tie the interior together. Much better look than stock. I'm just waiting for my illuminated kick plates and touring pedals to finish a semi conversion. Already running rear cargo cover and rear speakers, basically everything my base didnt come with.

happytheman 07-21-2012 08:27 PM

Ahh, nice job on the GTR knob conversion! We all like a good custom knob-job 'round here! :rofl2:

Good evening Mr.kenchan and Mr.onzedge :hello:

I'm doing good. Today was easy money, a nice change of pace from the rest of the week.

I realized I should drive the Z more, but during the week is a major no go. The parking lot is jammed and people don't care about other vehicles.

The carbon fiber interior kit fits very well, and the quality is very good. A refreshing change for once. Now I need some dress up bits for under the hood...

Movies are dangerous these days:facepalm:

And Brantly, Im not sure if snow is what I desire as much anymore. Winter sucks more and more every year as I get older. The cold didnt use to bother me but now I HATE it. Love snowboarding though:tup: I wanna live somewhere where everyday feels like vacation!!

I think R-Comp tires have a treadwear rating of >100. These are tread wear rating of 140, like our stock Bridgestones, except these have much much better grip. They are like Star Specs except available in 19" versions. I got OEM sizes.

Gmorning all:hello: Prob not much Z ation for me today. Might possibly wash her although there is a 50% chance mother nature will ruin my hard work tomorrow. Other than that its gonna be a relaxing Sunday around here:icon17:

blackcherry20 07-22-2012 09:32 AM

Already washed and waxed Z...prob no driving time-
...remainder of day for family time and schoolwork-two weeks till graduation.

Bucketlist2012 07-22-2012 10:01 AM

Morning Gang.

I am having Horsepower anxiety..

Since the new cars are so fast, and the 370Z is as quick as my Z/28, I plan to step up my game..

Right now I am looking to pull the LT-1 and install a 540HP 427 Small Block Chevy from Smeding Performance..

I may go with the 383/450HP instead..

I am not going the LS route because all my new parts are set up for Small Block.

This will be a Winter project, so I have time to decide..

But the Build so far is what led to the Wife trading the 350Z for the 370Z.

This build costs me more than just Z/28 money...The Wife is a "luxury tax"..

But I need to focus on other projects for now..Once you get Horsepower on your mind, it is hard to shake it..

But I want to be able to end the race quickly if someone wants some...

Back to house projects and gardening for the day..

GaleForce 07-22-2012 10:14 AM

Good morning crew :hello:

I'm having a lazy Sunday, sitting with he family watching the F1 race. Go Alonso and Vettel!
