I was at a stop sign and there was a bit of rain..I suddenly heard the car behind me get hit...I was safe but got out to see if everyone

I was at a stop sign and there was a bit of rain..I suddenly heard the car behind me get hit...I was safe but got out to see if everyone was ok.
..the guy in the car behind me had been rear ended.. He put his hands to his head as he looked at his damaged car and said "Oh No!" Then I looked and noticed he still had the dealer papers in the window of his brand new Lexus!!
