Is a dealership allowed to turn you away?

Dealers are indivually owned and operated and can choose to turn people away as they see fit. Contacting Nissan won't do much, even if they convinced the dealer to look

Contacting Nissan won't do much, even if they convinced the dealer to look at the vehicle..would you really want a establishment that didn't want to work on it who now has had it's toe stepped on? Better to go to the dealer who will work with you
