I just got the police report. The police wrote she is unable to tell whos at fault cause of the witnesses and the girls bs. My plan at this point

I just got the police report. The police wrote she is unable to tell whos at fault cause of the witnesses and the girls bs. My plan at this point is to go to Nissan and ask what the repair process is and where it could be done. Ill get an estimate and ask her to pay it to me without getting insurance and other legal subject involved.
