Perhaps the key fob should have a "lock" setting so that any inadvertent button pushes would be ignored (like on a cellphone). That way you can put it in your pocket and not have to worry about auto-magically rolling down your windows.
I could say something cutting such as "anyone who can't operate a key fob properly shouldn't be driving anything, much less a performance/sports car" but I'll refrain from that.

I've always carried my key fob in my pocket and have for as long as there has been key fobs...there have been times when I've hit a key (like the panic button) without intending to but I've never done so while the fob was in my pocket!

Personally, I like the feature a great deal - when I'm still quite a distance away, I can roll down my windows and start airing out the cabin and thereby reduce some of the heat build-up that has happened while I've been in the office, etc...not an unimportant feature when "cool" summer days here means the temp has stayed below 96 degrees!

Really, this feature (or something similar) has been available on many higher-end cars (BMW, Audie, etc) for many years...I don't see why it would be a cause for consternation for anyone and I suspect that if it were deleted, there would be no end of complaints about Nissan being cheep and not having a feature everyone else has.
