I believe (haven't checked yet since it's freaking freezing outside) that when you hold the unlock button down, the doors unlock, and if you continue to hold the button the windows then roll down. So if the doors were still locked, but the windows down could it be a problem? I only ask as I was previously thinking of getting a Mini Cooper before finding the Z a much better fit for me, and one problem that keeps cropping up in the Mini forums were that the windows would roll down by themselves. Turns out that manytimes a switch in the door would get wet and roll the windows down, usually in a rain storm.
